Job summary

Accenture Flex seeks an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Engineer with a strong background in performance testing and scalability for enterprise clients. You will partner with customers to assess solution health, analyze bottlenecks, and develop remediation plans leveraging Dataverse and Power Platform technologies.

Role requires deep technical skills in D365 CE, Dataverse, and Power Platform, with strong analytical and communication abilities to help customers scale mission-critical

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years designing performance and scalability assessments for Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse.
• Up-to-date knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules and Power Platform.
• Experience with environment health assessments and remediation recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor on Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse and Power Platform performance practices.
• Design and execute scalability, load and benchmark testing.
• Analyze telemetry, logs and performance data to identify bottlenecks and optimizations.
• Create remediation plans aligned with customer business objectives.
• Troubleshoot performance issues across customizations, plugins and flows.
