Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Engineer to partner with enterprise customers on performance engineering and scalability for D365 CE, Dataverse, and Power Platform. You will diagnose bottlenecks, run load tests, and deliver actionable remediation plans to improve stability and performance.

The role requires hands-on development and data integration across D365 CE, with strong troubleshooting and communication skills to help customers scale business-critical

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience designing and delivering performance and scalability assessments for Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse, including workload modeling, automated test development, load execution, telemetry correlation, root cause analysis, and remediation recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor on Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, and Power Platform performance engineering best practices.
• Analyze platform telemetry and performance data to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
• Design and execute scalability, load, and benchmark testing to validate system performance.
• Troubleshoot performance issues related to customizations, plugins, workflows, and large data volumes.
• Create remediation plans based on technical findings and customer objectives.
