Job summary

Accenture Flex is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement D365 CE Customer Engineer with a strong background in performance engineering. You will partner with enterprise customers to assess solution health, analyze performance bottlenecks, conduct benchmark and load testing, and develop remediation plans.

The role combines expertise in D365 CE, Dataverse, and Power Platform with strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience designing and delivering performance and scalability assessments for Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse.
Up to date product knowledge in Dynamics 365 CE modules, Dataverse, Power Platform, and related technologies.
Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve performance issues and optimize system responsiveness.

Responsibilities

Serve as trusted advisor on Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, and Power Platform performance engineering best practices.
Design and execute scalability, load, and benchmark testing to validate system performance.
Analyze platform telemetry, logs, and performance data to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
Create remediation plans and collaborate with customers to scale business-critical applications.
