Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement D365 CE Customer Engineer with a strong background in performance engineering, troubleshooting and scalability testing. You will partner with enterprise customers to assess solution health, analyze performance bottlenecks, and develop remediation plans.

The role requires hands-on expertise with D365 CE, Dataverse and Power Platform, plus the ability to design benchmarks, review telemetry, and deliver action-oriented

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience designing and delivering performance and scalability assessments for Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse.
• Up-to-date product knowledge in Dynamics 365 modules and the Power Platform.
• Hands-on development and data integration across Dynamics 365 CE.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor on Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, and Power Platform performance best practices.
• Design and execute scalability, load, and benchmark testing.
• Analyze telemetry and logs to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
• Create remediation plans aligned with customer objectives.
