Job summary

Capgemini in Chicago, IL is seeking a D365 Technology Project Manager to lead enterprise Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement programs within the DCX team. The role focuses on delivering large Contact Center programs with CCaaS, IVR, CTI, chat and seamless integrations, across global multi-geo deployments.

The ideal candidate drives end-to-end D365 CC projects, partners with Microsoft and vendors, and mitigates program risks while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Understand of key Dynamics 365 requirement and capability, and ablity to identify risk with the program.
• Good interfacing skills with third-party like Microsoft and other vendors.
• Experience with Avaya, Genesys or related legacy CTI platform is nice to have
• Should have executed on full end to end D365 Contact Center projec
