Job summary

Frette, renowned for luxury linens, is seeking a D365 Business Systems Analyst to implement, train, and maintain Dynamics 365 across Finance, Operations, Retail, and Customer Service. You’ll analyze processes, design reports, and promote efficient ERP usage.

The role supports in-person training in NYC before enabling remote work, and requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to address evolving client challenges across multiple business units.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree in computer science, accounting, business, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP applications especially Supply Chain/Finance & Operations/Retail modules highly preferred.
• MS Dynamics 365 or AX ERP applications: AP, AR, GL, Retail, Sales Order Processing, Purchase Order Processing, Inventory, and Project Accounting a plus.
• Knowledge of PowerBI, SSMS and PowerApps is a plus.
• Retail/Wholesale/Logistics/Finance experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguity in addressing yet-to-be defined client business challenges.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex business processes and application solutions to users at all levels.

Responsibilities

• User’s Support: provide help-desk support for business applications questions.
• Assist in IT requests and route to appropriate internal/external IT resources.
• Analyze and resolve issues regarding application functionality and data integrity.
• User Training: develop and deliver applications training for end users and maintain training documentation.
• Business Process Analysis: develop/maintain operating procedures for Dynamics 365 Retail, Wholesale, Hotel divisions; document processes with PowerPoint/Visio.
• Business System Analysis: develop test plans and requirements for pilots, upgrades, and custom developments.
• Business Applications Promotion: advocate use of D365, create presentations on benefits and opportunities to improve operations.

Education

Bachelors degree or equivalent

3-5 years of Dynamics 365 ERP experience
