The main responsibilities of the D365 Business Systems Analyst are to provide implementation, training and maintenance support to their local users of business applications, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 eco-system which includes Finance & Operations, Retail, Customer Service. The Business Systems Analyst is also responsible for analyzing business processes; structure/provide reporting for operational and decision-making business activities based on users and management requirements.
This role is eligible to be fully remote after a two week initial in-person intensive training at our NYC office.
