Job summary

Elma Electronic is seeking an experienced Business Application Analyst to implement, optimize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across the organization. This onsite role is based at the Fremont, CA facility and involves ERP/CRM transformation, partnering with business leaders to drive digital initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 4-8 years of experience supporting Microsoft ERP solutions.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM and CE.
• Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE and Dual Write.
• Experience gathering requirements, process mapping, and business analysis.
• Strong Power BI experience.
• Experience supporting UAT and deployments.
• Knowledge of integrations, data flows, security roles, and access management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a functional SME for Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM and CE.
• Lead business process analysis and future-state design initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and requirements sessions with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed process maps, business requirements, and solution docs.
• Conduct gap analyses and recommend process improvements.
• Support system testing, deployments, and UAT.
• Deliver training and change management initiatives.
• Manage security roles, access controls, and governance.
• Provide first/second-level functional support and coordinate third-level support.
• Develop insights and reporting with Power BI.
• Collaborate with global teams, partners, and leaders.
