Job summary

Elma Electronic, a global leader in embedded computing solutions, is seeking a Business Application Analyst (D365 FSCM) to drive optimization and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 across the organization. This onsite role is based in Lawrenceville, GA.

You will own day-to-day administration, support, and continuous improvement of the Dynamics 365 platform, collaborating with business stakeholders and IT partners to optimize operations and system adoption within an enterprise ERP environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting ERP or business applications.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX, Dynamics 365 FSCM, or Dynamics 365 CE.
• Understanding of business process analysis and process mapping methodologies.
• Experience supporting UAT and business application implementations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a functional subject matter expert and administrator for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Manage daily application support activities, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and user requests.
• Provide first- and second-level functional support and coordinate third-level support activities with partners and vendors.
• Manage application configuration, security roles, workflows, access controls, and system governance.
• Partner with business process owners to optimize operations and maximize system adoption.
• Facilitate business requirement workshops for enhancements.
• Coordinate testing and deployment activities for Microsoft updates, hotfixes, and new functionality.
• Develop and maintain operational documentation, support procedures, and training materials.

Elma Electronic is a global leader in embedded computing solutions supporting the aerospace, defense, industrial automation, transportation, and communications industries. As we continue our global digital transformation, we are expanding our Business Applications team and seeking a motivated Business Application Analyst (D365 FSCM) to drive optimization, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across our organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for a developing Business Systems Analyst or Dynamics professional looking to grow their career while working on enterprise-wide ERP and CRM initiatives. This is an onsite role in our Lawrenceville, GA facility.

What You Will Do

As a Business Application Analyst, you will work as a functional expert and trusted advisor, owning the day to day administration, support, optimization and continuous improvement of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. The ideal candidate has prior experience as a consultant, functional lead, or application administrator and is comfortable operating in a post go live production environment.

Key responsibilities include:

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience supporting ERP or business applications.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX, Dynamics 365 FSCM, or Dynamics 365 CE.
• Understanding of business process analysis and process mapping methodologies.
• Experience supporting UAT and business application implementations.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Azure DevOps, Azure Service Bus, Power Platform, and Dual Write integration.
• Required module experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365: Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Advanced Warehouse Management, Production Control & Master Planning.
• Previous experience with a Microsoft Dynamics partner, consulting organization or system administrator
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications.
