Mrs. Gerry's Kitchen, LLC is seeking a Technical ERP Analyst with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to support, optimize, and extend our ERP environment in a food manufacturing business.

This role partners closely with business users, IT, developers, and implementation partners to translate operational requirements into reliable, scalable Business Central solutions. Ideal for an ERP professional with technical problem-solving skills and interest in manufacturing, supply chain,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
2+ years of experience supporting, configuring, or implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP system.
Familiarity with Business Central finance, inventory, manufacturing, and warehousing modules.
Experience with SQL, SSRS, and Power BI.
Certification in Dynamics 365 BC or willingness to pursue it.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support for Dynamics 365 BC users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve tickets.
Configure, train, and support users across BC modules (finance, inventory, production, EDI, WMS).
Gather requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
Support ERP upgrades, testing, and master data governance.
Collaborate with developers, partners, and internal teams on integrations and reporting.
