Job summary

LMK Recruiting Solutions is seeking an ERP Business Analyst to bridge business users and development for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This role owns the lead-to-cash cycle, supports end users, and leads migrations for acquired entities onto the standard software stack.

The position requires hands-on BC, Zoho CRM, Octagon CPQ, and cross-system integrations, with responsible stakeholders and developers. Onsite work in the Greater Chicago area is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a D365 Business Central Business Analyst within discrete manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of core BC modules and lead-to-cash in integrated environments.
• Excellent ability to communicate with non-technical teams and with developers.
• Proven experience in creating structured test plans and leading end-to-end UAT.

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day user support across manufacturing, warehousing, inventory, finance, and sales.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for developers.
• Maintain data integrity and define API integration requirements across Zoho CRM, Octagon CPQ, and Jira.
• Manage M&A migrations from legacy platforms to the standard stack and refine playbooks.
• Coordinate testing, sign-off, and defect tracking with BPOs and teams.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and project KPIs.
