Job summary

R2 Global in the United States is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central developer to join our internal IT team. This hands-on role focuses on AL development, extensions, and system integrations to support finance, operations, and manufacturing processes.

You will design, develop, and support customisations, work with functional consultants, and help upgrade ERP capabilities while maintaining best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV).
• Proficiency in AL language and extension-based development.
• Experience with APIs, web services, and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom extensions within D365 BC using AL language.
• Support upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with third-party apps.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions for ERP processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve ERP functionality and UX.
• Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
