Job summary

Infinite Electronics seeks an experienced Business Central (BC) Functional Analyst to implement, enhance, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in a cloud-first environment. This role bridges business operations with technical solutions to support the ERP transformation.

You will gather requirements across departments, design efficient ERP solutions, and lead end-to-end deployments, upgrades, and post-go-live support, ensuring data integrity and user adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Functional Analyst or Consultant for Dynamics 365 BC, cloud-based.
• Strong knowledge of BC modules and interdependencies.
• Experience translating requirements into actionable solutions.
• Cross-functional collaboration with finance, ops, supply chain, IT.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across the organization.
• Lead gathering, analysis and documentation of business requirements.
• Translate processes into functional specs and work with developers to implement.
• Design and configure core BC modules: Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing.
• Drive end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and enhancements with internal teams and partners.
• Conduct workshops, user training and post-go-live support.
