Job summary

LifeSkills Connection Inc. in Washington state seeks a Recreation Program Supervisor to monitor and direct students in center-sponsored activities, both on and off center, ensuring adherence to government and management directives.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Minimum of one to two years related experience with youth and recreation programs.

Responsibilities

• Establish and operate a Center-wide diversified recreation program.
• Monitor activities for individuals and groups including tournaments and intramural events.
• Provide oversight of plans for recreational activities for students not participating in athletic events.
• Supervise development of instructional programs to teach new skills.
• Ensure safety and compliance with policies and procedures.
