Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in youth ministries, Christian education, or related field preferred.
• 5 years of experience in Christian youth work or related field; can substitute for degree.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead youth programming for ages 0-12th grade and coordinate curriculum and calendar.
• Oversee Vacation Bible School, music programs, teen ministry, and other youth activities.
• Manage budget, records, and reporting for youth programs and events.
• Recruit, train, and mentor youth leaders and volunteers.
