Job summary

TCC Wireless is seeking a Full-Time Retail Store Manager for the Johnstown, CO location. The RSM bridges customers and the T-Mobile brand, delivering high-energy service and expert product knowledge in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include overseeing store operations, leading a team, driving revenue, and ensuring compliance. The role requires 45 hours per week, including nights and weekends, with growth opportunities within the organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college degree is a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in T-Mobile or another wireless retail environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service, greet customers, answer phones, assess needs.
• Manage store operations including staffing, performance, opening/closing, service levels and inventory.
• Drive monthly revenue by acquiring new accounts and expanding existing ones; meet performance metrics.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team; hire and coach staff.
• Ensure store compliance with audits, cash handling and security procedures.
• Maintain store appearance, back room and sales floor; deliver consultative on-floor sales.
• Set clear goals aligned with broader initiatives and coordinate with other groups for efficiency.
