Job summary

TCC Wireless, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer, seeks a Full-Time Retail Store Manager to lead a fast-paced store in the United States. You will drive revenue, manage a high-performing team, and ensure excellent customer service while overseeing daily operations and inventory.

Qualities include energetic leadership, strategic thinking, strong communication, and a focus on coaching and developing staff in a dynamic wireless retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in wireless retail.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to manage store P&L and staffing, with strong communication.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays; full-time, 45+ hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service and greet customers.
• Oversee full store operations including staffing and performance.
• Drive revenue through new and existing customers and quality metrics.
• Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing team.
• Manage store inventory, cash handling, and store security.
• Maintain store appearance and represent the company at events.
