Connectivity Source is hiring a Store Manager to lead a dynamic team in our T-Mobile retail stores. You will drive exceptional customer experiences, sales performance, and daily operations, while coaching your staff to reach ambitious goals.

You will recruit, train, and develop a highly engaged sales team, maintain store standards, and implement marketing efforts to promote 5G products. Join a fast-growing company where opportunities to advance are abundant.

Qualifications

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• At least 18 years of age.
• A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process.
• Must be able to stand for long periods in a retail store environment.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train and develop your team daily.
• Maintain operational standards to ensure inventory, revenue, promotions, displays and store environment for all customers.
• Recruit, interview and successfully retain a highly engaged sales team.
• Drive marketing efforts using social media, networking and outside events.
• Deliver exceptional sales results, stay operationally sound and take care of both employees and customers professionally.
