Job summary

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, seeks a Retail Sales Manager in La Mesa, CA. You will coach a team to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and manage daily store operations to achieve KPIs and stellar customer experiences.

The role offers a strong base plus commission, ongoing paid training, and clear career growth paths within a fast-growing retail network.

Qualifications

• 1 year management experience in a similar field, preferably wireless.
• 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual preferred but location dependent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Retail or telecom sales experience preferred.
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the US with a HS diploma.

Responsibilities
