My Wireless is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager in National City, CA. You will assist the Store Manager in coaching a sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and technology solutions from AT&T products and services.

The role offers strong base pay with commissions, ongoing paid training, growth opportunities, and comprehensive benefits. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment focused on customer satisfaction and sales excellence.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a retail or telecom setting.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven ability to meet performance and operational standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach the team.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Bilingual preferred (location-dependent).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Retail or telecom experience preferred.
• Experience prospecting via outbound calls (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance.
• Execute and exceed all sales and operation initiatives in a timely manner.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in the development, training, and management of team members.
• Helping customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service.
• Training and developing your skills to become a top My Wireless Retail Store Manager when the opportunity presents itself.
• Maintain a fun, clean and exciting work environment for customers and team members.
• Work as a team member so together you exceed person and team goals.
• Participate in marketing activities designed to maximize your selling opportunities each day.
