Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume, productivity-driven environments with accuracy standards.
• Strong attention to detail to identify variances, lot codes, and locations.
• Teamwork and reliability, including consistent attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies, keep work area safe, report hazards.
• Check safety devices on pallet jack/forklift and wear PPE.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location guidelines.
• Move pallets on multi-level racks and locate items per orders.
• Place items on pallets from pick slots and racks as directed.
• Transport finished orders to shipping dock; shrink-wrap if needed.
• Handle battery swapping and vehicle inspections; secure equipment at shift end.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
