Job summary

Performance Foodservice in Kentucky is seeking a Warehouse Selector to support efficient distribution. You will select cases and move products between loading dock and warehouse, using pallet jacks, forklifts, and related equipment.

This role requires safety awareness and the ability to lift 10-60 lbs, stand for long periods, and operate in multi-temperature environments. Training pays day one, with incentive potential as you contribute to timely shipments.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift 10-35 lbs regularly and up to 60-100 lbs depending on location.
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments (dry, cooler, freezer).
• Ability to pass a post-offer drug test and background check.
• Ability to become EPJ certified within the training period.

Responsibilities

• Select and move product between the loading dock and warehouse.
• Place pallets on pallet jack and operate along racks to locate products.
• Transport completed orders to shipping dock staging area and prepare for shipment.
