Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Associate who will support Air & Ocean Freight Stations, FTZs, and distribution operations. You will handle palletized freight, operate MHEs, manage inventory, and log data in the WMS. This role requires careful attention to safety, accuracy, and adherence to procedures.

The position emphasizes teamwork, timely processing, and compliance with DOT regulations. Candidates should have a HS diploma and relevant warehouse experience; travel may be required

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED required.
• 1+ year of relevant Warehouse or related experience.
• Knowledge of distribution activities preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate MHEs (Forklifts, pickers, reach-trucks) safely.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload floor loads or palletized freight from trucks.
• Operate forklift, pallet jacks, pickers, and reach-trucks safely.
• Receive and sort inventories by SKU and PO number; process damage exceptions.
• Use WMS/RF devices to log shipments and track inventory.
• Pick and pack units; ensure cargo is not damaged.
• Lead cycle counting and assist in inventory integrity.
