Job summary

GPC Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Warehouse Distribution Center Associate to perform receiving, replenishing, picking, and loading duties for NAPA Auto Parts. You will troubleshoot issues and support safety programs while maintaining an organized, productive workspace.

Responsibilities include unloading inbound shipments, verifying against manifests, and maintaining accurate inventory with proper stock rotation. This role requires physical stamina and proficiency with RF scanning equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand/walk for entire shift.
• Able to lift/move parts up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 300 pounds with aids.
• Able to bend, twist, squat, climb, reach; operate RF scanning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound shipments and verify against manifest.
• Pick orders and transport to shipping locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock rotation.
• Ensure safety, housekeeping, and security of the work area.
• Meet productivity standards and track KPIs.
• Identify and solve problems during daily warehouse operations.
