Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts, a GPC Genuine Parts Company business, seeks a Warehouse Distribution Center Associate to join our expanding team. You will perform receiving, replenishment, picking, and loading duties while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Ideal candidates can lift up to 50 pounds, operate RF scanners, and work Monday–Friday with occasional weekend shifts. Competitive hourly pay and room for growth within a global auto parts network are offered.

Qualifications

• Stamina to stand and walk for full shifts.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and push/pull up to 300 pounds with aids.
• Ability to read and recognize alphanumeric sequences.
• Basic proficiency with computers and RF scanning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receiving – unload shipments, store safely, count and verify against manifest.
• Order picking – ensure correct items and quantities, move orders to shipping areas.
• Quality – check for damage, report variances.
• Inventory – keep accurate records and rotate stock.
• Safety and housekeeping – keep a clean, safe workspace and follow safety programs.
• Meet productivity KPIs and support daily warehouse operations.
