Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts in Manheim, PA is seeking a Warehouse Distribution Center Associate to join our team. You will perform receiving, replenishing, picking, and loading activities, troubleshoot issues, and support daily warehouse operations.

You must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate RF scanners and basic computer systems. Occasional weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Stamina to stand/walk for entire shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull 300 pounds with aids.
• Read and recognize alphanumeric sequences.
• Basic math and computer skills including RF scanning.

Responsibilities

• Receiving: unload inbound shipments and store; check for damage.
• Order picking: ensure correct items and quantities; transport orders to shipping.
• Quality control: ensure accuracy and report variances.
• Inventory: maintain stock records and rotation.
• Safety and housekeeping: keep area clean and follow safety policy.
• Performance: meet KPI targets and productivity standards.
• Decision making: solve daily warehouse issues.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.
