Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Warehouse Loader to hand-build pallets for bulk and route trucks in Corvallis, Oregon. You will use a forklift or pallet jack from an electronic system or order sheets, ensuring load accuracy and compliance with shipper/receiver docs.

The role requires lifting 20–45 lb cases repeatedly, standing for long periods, and adapting to weather and variable hours. Primary duties include operating a power pallet jack, marking out-of-stock items, wrapping pallets, and staging loads

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment (order picking, staging, powered pallet jack/forklifts).
• Experience driving a forklift and safe operation in tight spaces.
• Experience working in a team environment with coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Operate power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and build pallet/load per load sheet or voice pick.
• Mark load ticket for out of stock items.
• Wrap pallet when finished and stage/load into truck.
• Submit paperwork for loading checks and truck readiness.
• Complete partial pallets and store mixed pallets.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and ensure housekeeping.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance.
