Job summary

SBA Communications in Denton, MD is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Coordinator to manage material flow, shipping/receiving, and inventory. The role emphasizes accurate stock control, timely ordering, and coordination with multiple teams to support field operations.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED and 1+ years warehouse/inventory or relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Domestic travel about 20% and ability to drive a CMV including a trailer.
• Valid Government Issued Driver's License; forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Master Inventory list of all materials, inbound and outbound, and keep staff apprised of inventory levels.
• Handle shipping & receiving daily, coordinating with carriers.
• Order materials normal to each job per SBA bids; site kitting, grounding supplies, etc.
• Check shipments against packing slips and mark with job name and number.
• Stage jobs in warehouse/yard; coordinate with Client/ CPM/ TCM/ CS on material status.
• Pickup/deliver materials to sites; track logs and upkeep of fleet vehicles/trailers.
• Ensure warehouse and outdoor storage area cleanliness; perform other duties as assigned.
