Job Description

• Lead a small warehouse works team (6-8 people) to meet daily workflow throughput/output goals.
• Will use available technologies to develop, disseminate and monitor productivity goals and coach for individual/team performance.
• Will take responsibility for the health and safety of the work team(s) assigned.
• Warehouse Shipping & Receiving includes: Receiving/inspecting goods and verifying items against the shipment record.
• Gathering, verifying, and packing items for shipment according to specifications and the applicable transportation method Recording received and shipped items.
• Performs a combination of manual and clerical shipping and/or receiving duties which may require the use of hand trucks, forklifts, and other devices, as well as computers to maintain data.
• Receives incoming materials or prepares materials for shipment. Verifies quantity, weight, and conformance of materials; prepares records of materials shipped and bills of lading; routes materials to destinations.
• May lay out, fabricate, and assemble nonstandard shipping crates and boxes, and prepare parts and tooling for special shipment.

Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
• 3 Years of Relevant Experience
• Work hours: 2nd shift 8hrs (11:30a-through completion, depends on order volume)
