Job summary

Netrush is seeking a dynamic Hiring & Training Coordinator to support recruiting, onboarding, and training for our warehouse operations. You will help ensure we have the right people in the right roles to support a fast-paced fulfillment environment.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, thrives in a high-volume setting, and balances the needs of candidates, employees, and operations. This role emphasizes collaboration with Operations and HR to build talent pipelines and development

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of recruiting, HR, training, warehouse operations, or related experience preferred; warehouse/fulfillment recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with candidates, employees, and leaders at all levels.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and maintaining a visible presence on the warehouse floor.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience coordinating or facilitating employee training and presenting information to groups preferred.
• Experience using social media and digital platforms for recruiting.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and learn new systems and processes quickly.
• Collaborative, results-oriented approach with a commitment to a positive candidate and employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Support high-volume recruiting for warehouse positions and hiring priorities.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through job boards, referrals, community partnerships, staffing agencies, social media, and events.
• Screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, coordinate interviews, and manage candidates.
• Coordinate job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach to attract qualified candidates.
• Manage postings, pre-employment requirements, recruiting activity, and candidate records in compliance with applicable laws.
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure training completion.
• Develop and deliver training on policies, safety, attendance, timekeeping, and job responsibilities.
• Coordinate training schedules and maintain training records.
• Partner with Operations and HR to identify training needs and support development.
• Follow up with new hires and managers to ensure readiness for success.
• Maintain HR presence on the warehouse floor and support engagement and process improvements.
• Maintain confidential employee records.
