Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a skilled and energetic Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. Our warehouse associates perform receiving, replenishing, picking, and loading products. Associates will need to troubleshoot and solve problems throughout these activities.

The role requires standing and walking for the shift, lifting up to 50 pounds, and operating RF scanning equipment. You will maintain accurate inventory, ensure safety, and help meet productivity targets in a fast-paced warehouse

Qualifications

Stamina to stand and walk for the entire shift.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull 300 pounds with aids.
Able to read alphanumeric sequences.
Basic math skills to identify product quantity.
Basic understanding of computer/RF scanning equipment.

Responsibilities

Receiving – unload inbound shipments and move product to storage locations.
Order Picking – ensure correct quantity and transport orders to shipping locations.
Quality – ensure inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and damage-free.
Inventory – keep accurate records and rotate stock.
Safety, housekeeping and security: maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety programs.
Performance – meet productivity standards while tracking KPI’s.
Decision making – identify and solve problems during daily warehouse operations.
All other duties as assigned by leadership.
