Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a skilled and energetic Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. Our warehouse associates perform a variety of tasks including receiving, replenishing, picking, and loading products.

Associates will need to troubleshoot and solve problems throughout these activities. Responsibilities include receiving and unloading shipments, performing accurate order picking, maintaining inventory accuracy, and adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk for entire shift.
• Ability to lift and move 50 pounds and push/pull up to 300 pounds with aids.
• Proficient in basic math and counting.
• Able to read alphanumeric sequences and operate a computer and RF scanning tools.
• RF scanner experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receiving – unload inbound shipments and store them securely.
• Order Picking – ensure correct items and quantities, transfer to shipping area.
• Quality – verify accuracy and report damaged goods.
• Inventory – maintain accurate stock levels and rotation.
• Safety, housekeeping and security – keep a clean, safe work environment.
• Performance – meet productivity KPIs and follow procedures.
• Decision Making – identify and solve daily warehouse issues.
• All other duties as assigned by leadership.
