Job summary

Genuine Parts Company, via its NAPA Auto Parts division, is seeking a Warehouse Distribution Center Associate to join our team. You will perform receiving, replenishment, picking, and loading of parts, troubleshooting issues as they arise to keep operations running smoothly.

This role requires standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, operating RF scanners, and working a Monday–Friday schedule with possible weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Stand/walk for entire shift and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Basic math to identify quantities and read alphanumeric sequences.
• Experience with RF scanning is a plus.
• Available to work Monday–Friday with occasional weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Receiving inbound shipments and verifying against manifest.
• Order picking and transporting orders to shipping areas.
• Ensure inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and undamaged.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and proper stock rotation.
• Uphold safety, housekeeping, and security standards.
• Meet productivity metrics and KPI targets.
• Identify and resolve problems in daily warehouse operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
