Job summary

The ODPGroup is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support order fulfillment within a distribution center. The role emphasizes safety and productivity in a fast-paced setting, with responsibilities spanning picking, packing, receiving, and related tasks.

You may operate a pallet jack and work to maintain accurate, timely processing of orders while upholding company values and quality standards. Prior distribution experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication).
• Basic computer skills (internet, keyboard, saving documents).
• Ability to lift 70–150 pounds regularly and up to 150 pounds infrequently.
• Ability to push, pull, grasp and manipulate equipment with hands.
• Walking on uneven surfaces possible, though infrequent.
• Basic level experience with Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform one or more distribution-related functions (checking, picking, packing, replenishment, shipping, receiving).
• Operate a pallet jack to move products when needed.
• Contribute to a safe work environment through housekeeping and safety.
• Demonstrate commitment to company core values.
• Interact with supervisors and teammates on task-related information exchanges.
• Participate in continuous improvement of the distribution process.
