Job summary

ODP Business Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Columbus, OH to support daily order fulfillment in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment. You’ll perform distribution-related tasks such as picking, packing, replenishment, and shipping/receiving, with occasional pallet jack operation.

Emphasis on safety, teamwork, and adherence to core values is required. The role requires basic math, English communication, and basic computer skills; lifting up to 150 pounds may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Ability to lift 70–150 pounds.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform distribution-related functions across checking, picking, packing, replenishment, and shipping/receiving.
• Operate a pallet jack to move product when needed.
• Maintain a safe work environment and support housekeeping.
• Demonstrate commitment to company core values.
• Collaborate with supervisors and teams on tasks.
