Job summary

Genuine Parts Company in Manchester Township, PA is hiring a Warehouse Distribution Center Associate to perform receiving, replenishing, picking, and loading. You will troubleshoot daily operations and support a safe, orderly warehouse environment.

This role requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and use RF scanners and basic computer tools. You’ll contribute to KPI targets while ensuring accurate inventory and timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Capable of lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds.
• Able to read alphanumeric sequences.
• Basic math skills to identify product quantity.
• Experience with RF scanning equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound shipments and move product to storage locations.
• Pick orders accurately and transport to shipping areas.
• Ensure shipments are undamaged and report variances.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and rotate stock.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area and follow safety policies.
• Meet productivity KPIs and identify operational improvements.
• Handle additional duties as assigned by leadership.
