NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a Warehouse Distribution Center Associate to join our team in Manchester Township, PA. You will perform receiving, replenishing, picking and loading to keep parts moving smoothly.

You must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull 300 pounds with aids, and use RF scanners and basic computer systems. This full-time role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and productivity, with opportunities to grow within the Genuine Parts Company network serving NAPA

Qualifications

• Stamina to stand and walk for the full shift.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull 300 pounds with aids.
• Basic math to identify product quantity and manage counts.
• Able to read alphanumeric sequences on labels.
• Basic computer use and RF scanner operation.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound shipments, unload and verify against manifest.
• Pick, pack, and transport orders to shipping locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory and proper stock rotation.
• Uphold safety, housekeeping, and quality standards; adhere to safety policies.
• Operate warehouse equipment as required and follow training guidelines.
