Job summary

The Trustees in Lincoln, MA seeks an Events & Visitor Services Associate for 25 hours per week. You will support the visitor station, front desk, security, and events with a focus on outstanding guest service.

This part-time, on-site role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends, and a background in events or customer service. Training is provided; The Trustees offer benefits and opportunities to engage with a diverse community at deCordova Sculpture Park and Museum.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 1+ year of experience working with events and facilitating operations.
• Public-facing customer service experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends; some events end late.

Responsibilities

• Manage visitor station intake and provide directions and information.
• Greet visitors at front desk and handle memberships and admissions.
• Support during events, security, and cross-department tasks.
• Coordinate with event managers and vendors for smooth operations.
