Responsibilities

• Cashes checks and dispenses money after verification of identification, signature, and account balance.
• Answers inquiries via telephone, online, mail, chats and other electronic communications.
• Balances currency, coin, and checks in cash drawer at end of shift against daily transaction printouts.
• Cross-sells Florida Credit Union products to members (checking, loans, etc.).
• Conducts loan interviews and reviews member credit history as needed.
• Processes membership and/or checking applications and related documents.
• Adheres to OFAC and Bank Secrecy Act requirements to maintain compliance.
