Job summary

The Discovery School in Florida is seeking a Toddler Associate Teacher to support the Lead Teacher in managing the Outdoor Environment and maintaining a safe, engaging Toddler Program for young children.

This full-time role requires hands-on care, diapering, early education under Montessori principles, collaboration with families, and adherence to school policies. Work hours are 8:00 am to 3:30 pm with additional hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong collaboration with Lead Teacher and parents to support students.
• Ability to follow policies and maintain confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Teacher with environment preparation, safety, and materials.
• Supervise and support infants and toddlers in indoor/outdoor spaces.
• Communicate with parents and maintain classroom records as needed.
• Attend team meetings and participate in program planning.
