Job summary

Montessori Unlimited, part of Learning Care Group, is hiring a Lead Teacher for our Boca Raton Montessori program. You will guide mixed-age groups with authentic Montessori materials, mentor fellow Teachers, and help create engaging lessons.

We seek energetic, dependable educators who can manage classrooms, implement curriculum, and build strong relationships with families. Florida background screening is required, and compensation includes health benefits and a 401k match.

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
