Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–12 months of similar or related experience preferred.
• Prior cash handling experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Identify and verify members for transactions and information requests.
• Accept deposits/payments, withdrawals or loan advances within authority.
• Balance cash drawers and maintain cash controls.
• Resolve member concerns using available resources and CRM.
• Sell or refer products/services to meet member needs.
• Ensure compliance with laws and internal policies.
