Job summary

Curtiss-Wright's Farris Engineering is seeking a Supply Chain Intern for a two-year rotational program with four six-month assignments within Supply Chain and Operations. The internship includes on-site roles, mentorship, and exposure to planning, inventory, production control, and logistics, with August 2026 program start. This path leads to the full-time rotational program after graduation.

Salary: $20/hour. Location: Brecksville, OH.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in BA/BS degree program in Engineering, Business, Operations or Supply Chain Management.
• Ability to multi-task with quick turnaround.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with customers, suppliers, and managers at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of the Supply Chain department and collaboration with other departments.
• Assist and lead assigned projects.
• Develop potential process improvements for increased efficiencies and waste elimination.
• Assist in new product launch: manage master data in ERP (Infor LN), sourcing, RFQs, and analysis.
• Support forecasting, performance metrics and order management.
• Perform cost analysis and provide insights on supplier performance.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure high-quality, competitive parts sourcing.
• Create reports and dashboards to monitor costs and savings opportunities.
• Deliver presentations on suppliers and performance to management.
