Galileo Learning, LLC is seeking an experienced Camp Director to lead our seasonal summer camps for K–8th grade, serving as site General Manager and the public face of the organization. You will open and operate a Camp Galileo location, guiding a diverse team to create joyful, safe environments and exceptional camper experiences.

You will oversee prep, operations, and staff performance, while ensuring program quality and strong family communication.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience working directly with students in an education setting.
• Minimum 1 year of experience managing or supervising adult staff.
• Proven experience creating safe, inclusive environments for children and building trust with families.
• Experience with scheduling, staffing, and payroll.
• Willingness to travel regionally for events.
• Ability to complete all required training before camp begins.
