Job summary

You will manage a team, ensure compliance with company policies and federal/state laws, control inventory, and drive sales while maintaining a safe, welcoming shopping environment. You will oversee scheduling, coaching, and performance reviews to develop talent and ensure smooth, profitable store performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and cashier accountability.
• Ability to recruit, interview and train staff while ensuring legal compliance.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees and ensure proper staffing.
• Provide training, conduct evaluations, and counsel for performance gap closure.
• Recommend pay rates and advancement; manage safety and policy expectations.
• Open/close the store as required and maintain daily operations.
• Oversee ordering, stocking, merchandising and inventory controls.
