You will recruit, train and mentor staff, foster a guest-obsessed culture, and implement strategies to optimize sales, labor, and operations. Strong leadership, data analysis, and adherence to safety standards are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in retail, food service, or restaurant management (high-volume preferred).
• Strong leadership, coaching and team-building skills.
• Ability to analyze business metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial reporting.
