Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail leadership or key holder experience.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self motivated, and ready to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.
• Preferred: experience as a Key Holder, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with energy, confidence, and solutions to every customer interaction.
• Coach the team to deliver great service, share product knowledge, and keep customers excited to shop.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and helping close the loop with customers.
• Help manage daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage.
• Move with purpose by keeping the store organized, customer ready, and running smoothly.
• Follow all safety, loss prevention, and SOPs to protect customers and colleagues.
• Take an owner/operator mindset by addressing issues and owning store execution.
• Leverage retail technology and digital tools to enhance the customer experience and support operations.
