Qualifications

• 1–3 years retail management experience.
• Business/related degree preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong written and verbal communication; leadership capability.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to interview, hire, train, and evaluate staff.
• Knowledge of profit, margin, and sales targets; OSHA/food-safety focus.

Responsibilities
