Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain valid gaming license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass Bartenders Qualification Assessment Test.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with guests effectively.
• Must obtain and maintain responsible alcohol service certification.
• Familiarity with beverages, wines, and garnishes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver internal and external guest service in the Boyd Gaming manner.
• Obtain beverage orders from guests and serving staff.
• Efficiently serve wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages per recipes.
• Check IDs to verify legal drinking age.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and stock levels; report tips as required.
• Provide product knowledge and upsell through guest interaction.
• Follow proper glassware, garnishing, and serving procedures.
• Adhere to health, safety, and gaming regulations.
