Stipends are offered for Bilingual Endorsement, ESL Endorsement, Gifted Endorsement, and National Board Certification. A prorated sign-on of $750 is provided by hire date.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Must meet AZ Department of Education certification requirements.
• Minimum of a Provisional SEI, ESL or Bilingual Endorsement.
• Must pass background check upon employment.
• Must possess a valid IVP Fingerprint clearance card.

Responsibilities

• Participate in TAP teacher instructionally focused accountability system.
• Attend ongoing applied professional growth groups.
• Collaborate on lesson planning with mentor and master teachers to enhance teaching expertise.
• Develop expertise through creating and maintaining an Individual Growth Plan (IGP).
• Use assessments to monitor student progress toward school goals.
